TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 289 OF 2019 By (1) Michael Otieno Okoth and (2) Emmanuel Kiew Agunda, both of P.O. Box 50247-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaleb Okoth Agunda, who died at Kajulu II Sub-location, on 2nd August, 2006. 24th January, 2020 'THE KENYA GAZETTE 619 CAUSE No. 290 OF 2019 By (1) Michael Otieno Okoth and (2) Emmanuel Kiew Agunda, both of P.O. Box 50247-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Anyango Okoth, who died at Kajulu H Sub-location, on 11th June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
