TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 35 OF 2019 By Esther Cherop Kurgat, of P.O. Box 460, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annah Chepkemoi Tonui, who died at Litein M. Hospital in Kenya, on 30th November, 2016. CAUSE No. 319 OF 2019 By Fancy Chepkorir Ngeno, of P.O. Box 402, Kericho in Kenya, the deceased's administratrix, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsoi arap Maritim alias Kipsoi Maritim, who died at Keongo, on 30th December, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice.in the Kenya Gazette.
