TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 353 OF 2019 By (0 Japheth Kariuki and (2) Francis Kariuki Mwondo, both of P.O. Box 19, Kagio in Kenya, the deceased's sons, through Messrs. Akide & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwono Murage Mutogi alias Mwono Murage, late of Kinyaga, Kirinyaga, who died at Kerugoya R. Hospital in Kenya, on 14th May, 2006. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
