TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: in: CAUSE No. 125 OF 2017 By James Ngunjiri Kingori, of P.O. Box 346, Molo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngunjiri Kariuki alias Ndundiru Kariuki, late of Njoro, who died there on 2nd April, 1994. CAUSE No. 246 OF 2017 By (1) Paul N. Kamenju and (2) Harun Kamenu, both of P.O. Box 14834-20100. Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fridah Nyambura, late of Kianoe, who died there on 3rd November, 2011. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
