TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAusE No. 1515 OF 2019 By (1) Samuel Kirui Muthiora and (2) Leonard Ngaruiya Ragae, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wangari alias Elizabeth Wangari Muthiora, late of Nairobi, who died at Riruta, on 10th December, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
