NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 18th February, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3483, in Volume DI, Folio 204/4003, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Suzanne Atieno Grace, of P.O Box 13642-00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Susan Atieno Kalinga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Susan Atieno Kalinga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Suzanne Atieno Grace, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Suzanne Atieno Grace only.
