NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 31st October, 2019, duly executed,and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2803, in Volume DI, Folio 285/5038, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Emma Wangechi Kariuki, of P.O Box 1151- 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, the mother and legal guardian of Shanice Njeri Muturi, formerly known as Shanice Njeri Mburu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Shanice Njeri Mburu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shanice Njeri Muturi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Shanice Njeri Muturi only.
