NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 2nd September, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1701, in Volume DI, Folio 250/4547, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Sarah Muthoni Wambugu, of P.O. Box 44476-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Serah Muthoni Wambugu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Serah Muthoni Wambugu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sarah Muthoni Wambugu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Sarah Muthoni Wambugu only.
