WHEREAS Petero Lulolo Shivungei (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that pie& of land known as Nandi/Kamobo/183, situate, in the district of Nandi, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court at Kapsabet in succession cause no. 117 of 2019 has issued grant documents to Enock Ishienye, and whereas all efforts beep made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the clate hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, -I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Enock Ishienye and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Petero Lulolo Shivungei (deceased), shall be deemed as cancelled and of no effect.
