REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Wambugu Wang'ombe, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.53 hectares or thereabout, known as Gatarakwa/Gatarakwa Block 111/977, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed was fraudulently obtained, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received Within that period, I intend to rectify the register pursuant to Section 79 (2) of the Land Registration Act, 2012, and revert the land back to the original owner.
