NOTICE is given of the final general meeting of members in the above matter will be held at the Kivi Milimani Hotel, Nairobi, on Monday, 16th December, 2019 at 10.00 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and giving any explanations thereof. The joint liquidators, act as agents of the company without any personal liability. We wish to clarify that the liquidation of the company will not affect the operations of any other entity that was affiliated to Timsales Holdings PLC.
