THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Kiprotich Koech, of P.O. Box 689, Kericho in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kericho/Kapsuser/1962, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi under Anti Corruption and Economic Crimes no. 18 of 2016, vide decree directing that the said parcel be sold by Auction, and whereas Messrs. Valley Auctioneers conducted the auction on 29th April, 2019, and whereas Mutai Hardware Stores Limited was the highest bidder and the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission has signed the transfer to the said Mutai Hardware Stores Limited, and whereas all efforts to trace the title deed has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said David Kiprotich Koech, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
