REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nicholas Mbugua (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.2100 acres or thereabout, known as Dagoretti/Riruta/S.654, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause no. 264 of 2019, has issued a grant and letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Lucy N Nene, -and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in respect of the said land, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land.
