WHEREAS (1) Emma Wamaitha Kamau and (2) Caroline Nyambura Ktunau, as the administrators of the estate of David Kamau Patterson (deceased), both of P.O. Box 32406-00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors lessees of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/8480, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a grant of title registered as I.R. 29258/1, and wiiereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant of title has been Post, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
