REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Santokh Singh s/o Daya Singh and (2) Deputy Registrar of High Court on behalf of Mohamed Amin s/o Umar Din (Pursuant to HCELC no. 341 of 2018 0.S), both of P.O. Box 6104- 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all those pieces of land known as L.R. Nos. 209/197/1/18, 209/197/1/19 and 209/197/1/20, situate in the City of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of an Indenture of Conveyance registered in Volume N29 Folio 201/15 File 9280, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
