Box 1210-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saveth Muthoki Musau alias Muthoki Ndolo, who died at Isinga, on 14th July, 2018. CAUSE No. 84 OF 2019 By Magdalene Wairimu Mutunga, of P.O. Box 165-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mutunga Kieti, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 4th September, 2018. Box 11082-90400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Nzioki Mutiso; who died at Kalandini, on 18th February, 2017. CAUSE No. 160 OF 2019 By (1) Makau Philip Wambua and (2) Jane Kaluki Ndunda, both of P.O. Box 1169-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambua Ndunda alias Philip Wambua Ndunda, who died at Kitwii, on 20th June, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
