TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 75 OF 2018 By Jenifa Odongo Osango, of P.O.'Box 183, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agneta Akongo Awili alias Agneta Akongo Awiti, who died on 29th December, 1998. CAUSE No. 29 OF 2019 By Margaret Akinyi Opande, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joram Opande Hezekia Lago alias Joram Opande Hezekiah, who died at Nyamware North, on 3rd September, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
