TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 20 OF 2019 By (1) Simon Waruinge Kamau and (2) Rachael Gakunga Kamau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Kongo, who died at Illasit Sub-location, on 23rd December, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shpwn to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
