TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 29 "A" OF 2019 By Faustus Mwita Wangubo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Mbusiro Wangubo, who died at Nyamaharaga Sub-locatiop, on 8th November, 1999. CAUSE No. 33 "A" OF 2019 By (1) Sarah Yohana Chacha and (2) Joseph Wangubo Chacha, both of P.O. Box 1, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of yohana Chacha Boke, who died at Igena Sub-location, on 12th August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
