TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 126 OF 2019 By Azibeta Andisi Kidambu, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Kidambu alias Samson Kidambu Lugwili, who died at Kidunda Sub-location, on 12th January, 2011. CAUSE NO. 127 OF 2019 By Wilson Karshi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Kahi Olwali alias Michael Kahi Eliko alias Michael Kahi Ulwali, who died at Ikumba Sub- location, on 12th April, 1989. CAUSE No. 133 OF 2019 By Joseph Odongo Kirima, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Odongo Mugivane, who died at Gimomoi Sub-location, on 22nd June, 1989. CAUSE No. 135 OF 2019 By Benson Magni Likeya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariko Likeya Manyeve alias Mark Likeya, who died at Chango Sub-location, on 9th October, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
