TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 64 OF 2018 By Margret Makungu Ongenge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Ogenge Ambasa and (2) Hassan Ambasa, who died on 11th March, 1990 and 1st June, 2004, respetively. CAUSE NO. 103 OF 2019 By Sebenza Muranditsi Musembe, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Ulwenya Anduvate, who died on 27th August, 2018. CAUSE NO. 118 OF 2019 By (1) Rose Vuhia Njoroge, (2) Lynette Nyangasi Imbwaga and (3) Patrick Moga Imbwaga, all of P.O. Box 783, Maragoli in Kenya, the deceased's daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onesima Imbwaga Odego, who died on 5th August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this,notice in the Kenya Gazette.
