TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 59 OF 2019 By Salome Munyange M'Arithi, of P.O. Box 51-60205, Githongo in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Arithi M'Mukangu, who died at Nduruma Sub-location, on 14th December, 2004. CAUSE No. 60 OF 2019 By (1) Evangeline Nthama Ruuri and (2) Susan Gakii Rukirangi, both of P.O. Box 1506-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ruuri Francis Rukirangi, who died at Nkubu Hospital in Kenya, on 1st October, 2018. CAUSE No. 61 OF 2019 By (1) Sasinta Karimi and (2) Francis Mwirigi Mlooti, both of P.O. Box 32-60202, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Inoti M'Ildara, who died at Meru Hospital in Kenya, on 25th June, 2005. CAUSE No. 62 OF 2019 By Julius Bundi Magiri, of P.O. Box 2660-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Magiri M'Bagiri, who died at Keeru Sub-location, on 12th December, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
