TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 57 OF 2019 By Calleb Senelwa Osozi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Mugayilwa alias Rueben Mugayilwa, who died on 10th September, 1972. CAUSE No. 58 OF 2019 By John Aganya Kafunja, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathan Karani Kidogo alias Karani Kidiga, who died on 21st August, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
