THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abdulkarim Saleh Muhsin, of P.O. Box 87148, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1350 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block X111/415, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
