CAUSE No. 401 OF 2019 By Nyangaresi Onyango, of P.O. Box 858, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyango Mangera, who died at Bokeire Sub-location, on 20th August, 1988. CAUSE No. 402 OF 2019 By (1) Vincent Mokua Ombaba and (2) Nancy Kwamboka Ntabo, the deceased's grandson and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clemencia Nyabonyi Nyabuto, who died at Kisii Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 9th February, 2012. Box 350200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Oboiko Ogoma alias William Oboiko Ogona, who died at Bogiakumu Sub-location, on 22nd July, 1995. CAUSE No. 407 OF 2019 By Judy Kemunto Otwori, of P.O. Box 858, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Basbika Moraa Omwoyo, who died at Getembe Hospital in Kenya, on 13th November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
