TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 202 OF 2019 By (1) Julius Lei Swakei, (2) Martin .Suntai Swanke, (3) Ann Maretwai Lemayian and (4) Hellen Reson Swakei, both of P.O. Box 52115-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tersia Wanjiku Kinyui, who died at Oloosirkon Sub-location, on 14th November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
