APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (2) (a) of the Standards Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Industry, Trade and Co- operatives appoints— BERNARD M. NGORE (ENG.) to be the Chairman of the National Standards Council, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 15th November, 2019. The appointments of Ken Wathome Mwatu* as Chairman of the National Standards Council and Bernard M. Ngore** as member of the National Standards Council are revoked. Dated the 14th November, 2019.
