TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 55 OF 2019 By (1) Kenneth Kamau, (2) Michael Kimani Kamau and (3) Benedett Njango Kamau, all of P.O. Box 274-00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased's son, uncle and aunt, respectively, through Messrs. Cheptinga & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Njeri Kamau, late of Eldoret, who died at Bishoftu, Ethiopia, on 10th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
