Box 107, Timau in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Chokera M' Arimba, late of Kiambogo Sub-location, who died on 24th Dedcember, 2016. CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2019 By (1) Cyprian Muthamia and (2) Peter Ndereba M'Mbui, both of P.O. Box 29, Nkubu, in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbui Kathara alias Muketha Kathara, late of Kariene Location, who died in 1967. CAusE No. 14 OF 2019 By (1) Mary Ciomaroo and (2) Stephen Muthee, both of P.O. Box 430-60200, Meru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mburugu M'Nkanata Kioga alias Mburugu Kioga alias Kioga Mburugu Nkanata, late of Ujuki, who died on 18th July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
