THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Margaret Wangui Mwirigi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Laikipia/Igwamiti Losogwa Block 11/32, 34, 33, 31, 30, 29, 28 and 27 (Rugongo), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in succession case no. 490 of 2015, has issued grant in favour (1) Joseph Muriithi Mwangi and (2) Francis Kimani Mwangi, and whereas the said (1) Joseph ,Muriithi Mwangi and (2) Francis Kimani Mwangi have executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of RL. 19, and whereas the land title deed of the said pieces of land are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof; provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with• the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in the name of Maragret Wangui Mwirigi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
