REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stephen Gitau Mburu, of P.O. Box 405, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 03540 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Solai/Ndungiri Block 3/328 (Wanyororo B), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of a new green card as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
