REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Josephat Malenga Kiyingu, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.40 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kakamega, registered under title No. Butsotso/Esumeiya/1393, and whereas the High Court at Kakamega in succession case No. 365 of 2006, has issued grant of letters of administration to Marcelline Nanjala Kiyingu, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no objection hasa been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed.
