REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Mbue Ndungu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.044 hectare or thereabout, known as biarok/CIS/Mara/Olopito/1745, situate in the district of Narok, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Narok in succession cause No. 52 of 2018, has issued a certificate of confirmation for land parcel No. Narok/CIS/Mara/Olopito/1745 in favour of Margaret Wanjeri (ID/12985475), of P.O. Box 4-20500, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Peter Mbue Ndungu' (deceased) can not be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instrument.
