REGISTRATION

PURSUANT to the court order issued in the Co-operative Tribunal at Nairobi Tribunal case No. 06 of 2010 dated 22nd November, 2018, for annulling and cancelling all documents authenticated by the respondents using the claimants seal from the year 2002 to 2013, thirty (30) days notice is given for cancellation of the title deeds Nos. Mau Summit/Schangwan Block 10/1-200 from the date hereof. At the expiry of the notice, I shall issue new title deeds provided no objection has been received within that period.
