REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rosemary Wambui Gathara, of P.O. Box 402, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/11388/81, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 55005/1, and whereas a grant of probate and certificate of title has been booked registered by the proprietor, and whereas affidavit has been filled in term's of section 65 (I) (h) of the said declaration that the said title registered as I.R. No. 55005/1 is not available for registration, notice is hereby given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided no objection has been received within that period I intend to dispense with the production of the said title and proceed with registration of the said grant of probate and certificate of title.
