REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Francis Charles Okuthe Oyugi and (2) Judith Isabella Adhiambo Okuthe, both of P.O. Box 47842, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/8543/8, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 45587/1, and whereas First American Bank of Kenya Limited has executed an instrument of discharge of charge in favour of (1) Francis Charles Okuthe Oyugi and (2) Judith Isabella Adhiambo Okuthe, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of section 31 of the said Act declaring that the said title registered as, I.R. No. 45587/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided no objection has been received within that period I'intend to dispense with the production of the said title and proceed with registration of the said instrument of discharge of charge.
