TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2018 By (1) Faraji Odhiambo Mohamed and (2) Amin Otieno Mohammad, both of P.O. Box 31, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Boby Juma, who died on 16th June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
