TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 26 OF 2019 By (1) Rehema Rashid ole Omiri, (2) Ali Rashid ole Lida, both of P.O. Box 116, Ngong in Kenya, the deceased’s relatives, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rashid ole Omiri alias Rashid Omiri, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 27th June, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
