TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 30 OF 2019 By (1) Sekina Hussein and (2) Fatna Hussein, both of P.O. Box 41494–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of probate intestate to the estate of Alhaji Hussein Musa, who died at Kenyatta Flats, Mombasa, on 11th October, 1991. CAUSE NO. 32 OF 2019 By Ameen Qaid Ghazi Al-Aheum, of P.O. Box 6155–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of probate intestate to the estate of Abdul Jalil Qaid Ghazi, who died at Nairobi, on 10th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
