TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 77 OF 2019 By (1) Tela Musui and (2) Mweu Kimeu, both of P.O. Box 2387– 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Kalondu Musui alias Telesia Kalondu Musui, who died at Katine, on 31st November, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
