TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 15 OF 2019 By (1) Zerakhanu Hassam Khamisa and (2) Daulatkhan Hassan Khamisa, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hasham Khamis, who died on 20th July, 1983. By Jamilah Salim Mare, of P.O. Box 1043, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salim Mare Abdallah, who died at District Hospital, Kitui in Kenya, on 29th March, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette, Dated the 31st July, 2019, D.
