TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 22 OF 2019 By Byron Ouma, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses George Onditi, who died on 14th August, 2003. CAUSE NO. 23 OF 2019 By John Asimba Jabuya, of P.O. Box 83, Magunga in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jabuya Ongira, who died on 11th February, 2010. CAUSE NO. 40 OF 2019 By Peter Otieno Lazaro, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulus Ogutu Ochola, who died on 8th August, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
