TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 60 OF 2019 By Redenter Achieng Okode, of P.O. Box 62644-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Okode Ogutu, who died at Umoja Estate, on 10th August, 2006. CAUSE N0.61 OF 2019 By Mary Atieno Oyala, of P.O. Box 246, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Odhiambo Uyala, who died at Kanyingombe Sub-location, on 21st August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
