TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 62 OF 2018 By Paul Nyagaka Ragira, of P.O. Box 931, Masimba in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ragira Ntori, who died at Sirirokwe, on 10th December, 1988. CAUSE NO. 18 OF 2019 By Kennedy Birundu Somoni, of P.O. Box 786, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abel Birundu Somoni, who died at Engorwa Sub-location, on 20th March, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
