Box 49, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimoi Bangwany alias Kimoi Cherutich, who died at Tumon, on 9th September, 1999. CAUSE NO. 28 OF 2019 By Ekiro Kipkorir William, of P.O. Box 80–20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Tungo Kimurei, who died at Ndungiri, on 8th July, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
