CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2019 By Chepososir Joseph, of P.O. Box 324, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chemoyo Alisoreng, who died at Sina Sub-location, on 17th March, 2010. CAUSE NO. 9 OF 2019 By (1) Nolary Chedotum and (2) Wycliffe Poghisho Rotich, both of P.O. Box 153, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex P. Kemoi Chedotum, who died at District Hospital, Kapenguria in Kenya, on 24th July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
