TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 31 OF 2019 By (1) Kiprotich arap Turn and (2) Joel Kiptonui arap Turn, both of P.O. Box 290, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapkigen Chebett Lesan alias Tapkigen w/o Lesan, late of Kimolwet Location, who died at Kapkesembe, on 1st July, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
