TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2017 By Sarah Kiplelgo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Kiplelgo Chebutuk, who died at Kabarnet Town, on 8th May, 1987. CAUSE NO. 21 OF 2018 By Jonathan Chepsoi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepsoi Tumek Kamwosor, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 17th August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
