TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 143 OF 2019 By Elizabeth Jalenga Atitwa, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ondego Saziru alias Laban Ondego Sazilu, who died at Bugina Sub-location, on 24th May, 2004. CAUSE No. 144 OF 2019 By Estoni Edagale Musasia, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvanos Dagaye Aluhya alias Silpiliano Dagaye, who died at Kegoye Sub-location, on 25th July, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
