CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2019 By Jane Muyoma Kaluhi, of P.O. Box 260, Vihiga in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kaluhi Olocho, who died at South Maragoli Sub- location, on 3rd September, 2001. CAUSE NO. 37 OF 2019 By Peter Kahunguka Chanzu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Berenado Chanzu Kahunguka alias Barinatu Chanzu, who died at Kidundu Sub-location, on 27th December, 1995.
